Synertec’s NHS Immunisation Communications

Synertec Ltd were commissioned by NHS South, Central and West (SCW) to support both the winter flu vaccination programme and the current national COVID-19 vaccination programme in communicating to patients nationwide.

Our communications solution provides the NHS Immunisation Management Service with an effective way to create and manage physical paper letters and text messages to send to eligible patients across England.

Our capabilities enable the strategic management and sending of communications in waves to support the vaccination process, allowing vaccination sites to manage the volume of eligible patients.

Eligible patients across the country will recognise our communications, as they arrive in a distinct blue envelope containing the necessary information for them to proceed with the vaccination process.

Through the use of Synertec’s state-of-the-art production facilities, we are able to deliver high quality documents across the country at a large volume, ensuring that accuracy, efficiency, and quality are at the top of our priorities throughout the process.

Synertec works with over 150 NHS Trusts and Local Government Housing Associations to deliver outbound communications. These include, but are not limited to hybrid mail and digital communications (SMS, Email, Patient Communication Hub), giving patients the ability to choose the communication method that best suits their individual needs. We also specialise in business process automation to support commercial businesses.
