At Synertec, our diverse roles include customer-facing positions like Customer Services and Business Development, supported by Technical Teams for customer onboarding, implementation, and configuration.

Synertec contributes 8% of your monthly earnings into your Synertec pension scheme, inclusive of your employee contribution, and will not cost you anything.
In addition, you can exchange a proportion of your gross monthly salary for an additional personal contribution to your Synertec pension, known as a salary exchange. You can join this after you have been auto enrolled onto our pension scheme at 3 months of employment and you have received access to the pension provider app.

Upon the successful completion of your probation, you can exchange a proportion of your gross monthly salary for the repayment of a bicycle and accessories for a repayment period of 12 months with Cyclescheme.
