Enterprise have been using Synertec’s solutions for 10 years, who before working with us, previously faced challenges with software not fit for purpose that didn’t scale to what the business required. Before our solutions were implemented, Enterprise’s processes were time -consuming and significantly inefficient. We have been managing outbound documents via email and mail, as well as our VaultLink™ technology that enables their customers to view invoices and statements, and make immediate payments or queries online. Using our solutions, we send different types of invoices and statements for Enterprise.

One of the main challenges Enterprise previously faced was using old software that didn’t allow them to send documents to more than one customer at a time. They were having to send out statements manually in their credit control team.

By using Prism, we are able to save 1.5 days a week, equivalent to 6 days per month. Prism’s automation has greatly improved our credit control function, allowing our team to focus on other priorities.
