The Hybrid Mail process involves document specifications being decided by customers, then our Prism software processes and organises these documents efficiently. Prism then sends the documents to the nearest production centre, to ensure a quick process. These will then be printed, inserted and sorted through our intelligent automation process, ready for collection by Royal Mail.


VaultLink™ emails have enabled Lindab’s customers to receive attachments for statements, and also access them digitally through a secure link. This ensures all invoice payments are easily managed through one central, easy-to-use space.
