How it works

If you set up with a Prism server, it’s as simple as pressing ‘print’. However, if you are not yet set up as a Prism user, you can still make use of our MailMerge function to send one-off communications, without being set up.

A MailMerge is a one-off letter which is sent to a specified list of recipients. This is a flexible solution to send tailored communications to your patients. With our state-of-the-art production centres, we can support your communication processes in an efficient and cost-effective way.

The customer provides a letter template in either Word, PDF or Publisher format.

Requirements are specified (colour or black and white, single/double sided.)

Send a list of those who will receive the communication and which postal class is required, as a .csv file.

Our team will run the MailMerge, and production will be carried out from one of our state-of-the-art production centres.
