How it works
If you set up with a Prism server, it’s as simple as pressing ‘print’. However, if you are not yet set up as a Prism user, you can still make use of our MailMerge function to send one-off communications, without being set up.
A MailMerge is a one-off letter which is sent to a specified list of recipients. This is a flexible solution to send tailored communications to your patients. With our state-of-the-art production centres, we can support your communication processes in an efficient and cost-effective way.

The customer provides a letter template in either Word, PDF or Publisher format.

Requirements are specified (colour or black and white, single/double sided.)

Send a list of those who will receive the communication and which postal class is required, as a .csv file.

Our team will run the MailMerge, and production will be carried out from one of our state-of-the-art production centres.

This means that if, for any reason, a site can’t print, insert, or despatch documents to our high production service levels, we can instantly divert documents to another site, with no impact on you. We control this from remote locations across a wide geographical area.
